Why I Designed BabbleStash
In a way, I designed BabbleStash because of regrets. My grandparents grew up in the historical time of the Great Depression and World War II. One of my grandfathers immigrated from Europe and the other one worked at NASA on the Mercury and Saturn programs. How I wish I was able to document their lives and hear stories I never thought to ask.
Now as I get older and I think about how wonderful it would be if I made a solution easy for people to record their grandparents store the recordings in an easy to retrieve repository. Moreover, I wanted to build an application for anyone who had a story to tell but did not want to physically write it.
That's why I built BabbleStash to capture stories, memories and experiences that will never be lost and can be passed down generation to generation.
